As per distance selling regulations our customers are entitled to a refund, if they do not wish to accept the goods after a 7 day cooling off period. Outwith these regulations the following conditions apply:-
Due to health concerns, Flying Fox Bikes and Outdoors is unable to accept any returns of nutrition, supplements or consumable food products.
We do not offer an exchange or credit note on bicycles.
If you change your mind about your purchase, please return the unused goods to us with the original till receipt within 14 days, and we will offer you an exchange or a credit note. This does not affect your legal rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement, repair where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
All items must be returned in new and unused condition with all parts, original tags and packaging materials within 14 days of purchase. Used items will not be accepted by Flying Fox Bikes and Outdoors Clothing, shoes and helmets must be unworn and have all hang tags/labels attached and be in original packaging. Wheels, tyres and tubes must be unused. Good must not be modified in any way.
All Special Order sales are final and will not be accepted for return or exchange unless defective or damaged. A Special Order is an item that Flying Fix Bikes and Outdoors does not actively stock or sell and specially orders from a manufacturer or distributor for a customer.
Flying Fox Bikes and Outdoors reserves the right to request identification when goods are returned.
